Monster auction St Patrick’s weekend for Ballinadee Hall

The Ballinadee Community Hall Development Association are very excited about an upcoming event in aid of the Hall renovation. A ‘Monster Auction’ will take place on Saturday 18th March in Corcoran’s Bar, Ballinadee.

There will be a diverse selection of items for sale on the night ranging from weekends away, overnight stays, meal vouchers, beauty treatments, alternative therapies, landscaping, painting, livestock, fuel items, adventure sports and art to mention but a few.

There are some items that are creating quite a stir and that you definitely won’t get your hands on every day of the week! If you really want to treat yourself to something different then Ballinadee on March 18th is the place to be. Fancy going to the Graham Norton show or a spot of golf at the Old Head of Kinsale?? Perhaps 2 nights B&B with evening meal at the McDonald Hotel Kinsale takes your fancy? Those of you who may be looking for the perfect car for your wedding day need look no further-A cabs in Bandon have donated a wedding car for your special day.

This auction is in aid of the renovation of the Ballinadee Community Hall. The hall, once a hive of activity is now closed and the community have come together in an effort to reopen the hall to provide a meeting point in this rural village.

Some great events have been held to date and local people are enjoying the buzz and excitement that this project is bringing. Please come along to support this event. A night of great bargains, music and craic is guaranteed. What more can one ask for on St Patrick’s weekend!
