Ballinora provided the next opposition for Kilbree in the county hurling league. This exciting match was played in Rossmore on Saturday night. The sides were level at the end of proceedings. The final score was Kilbree 1-16 Ballinora 0-19.

Community Games Munster Finals
Good luck to the Kilbree U13’s taking part in the Community Games Camogie Munster Finals in Limerick on Saturday. Maeve O’Neill is part of this team. Maeve will also play with Cork Primary Games in Killarney on Sunday. Best of luck Maeve!
Kilbree U16’s welcomed Cill Mochomog to Rossmore on Thursday night for a league fixture. The Kilbree lads were always on top and were comprehensive winners on the night. The final score Kilbree 2-19 Cill Mochomog 0-05.

The U14 footballers played Castletownbere on Sunday morning, in Rossmore. This was a very tight match throughout, with nothing between the sides. However, the Castletownbere boys pulled away in the latter stages to win this fixture. The final score was Kilmeen 4-11 Castletownbere 5-13.

The U12 footballers played Kilbrittain in Rossmore on Monday. This was a great league contest from start to finish. The Kilbrittain boys were stronger and finished with a win on this occasion.

The U10 footballers travelled to Timoleague. They played a most exciting game of football against Argideen Rangers on Wednesday night. The fair result on the night was a draw as both teams gave it everything. Some of the older U10’s play with the U12’s and this experience is really showing. On the night the U6 and U8 hurlers played Argideen Rangers in Timoleague. The skills of these players have developed greatly since the school hurling coaching programme in the Spring. Well done everyone!
