“Kilbree U13 girls shine at inter-divisional camogie tournament”.
The Peter Downey memorial tournament took place in Inniscarra on Monday morning. This was an inter-divisional tournament, the Carbery girls played Carrigdhoun, Imokilly, Seandun and Muskerry.
Conditions were wet and difficult, this did not deter any of these teams from giving their all, on the field of play. Thanks to the Downey family, Pat Nolan and everyone in Inniscarra for organising this wonderful blitz. Congratulations to Maeve O’Neill, Sinead O’Sullivan, Mary Murphy, Rachel Deasy, Caoimhe Murphy, Heather Brimble, Kate O’Donovan and Emily O’Donovan who represented Kilbree U13’s on the Carbery squad.
