FOLLOWING on from a successful launch of his debut book Sustain Your Ability to Satisfy, slam poet Wasps Vs Humans has released a digital eBook version.

The book was originally released in August 2011. The first book to be published by the punk poet has seen him take in a series of dates across Ireland and the UK to promote its release, including the support for legendary John Cooper Clarke and Whipping Boy.

His version of poetry and take on the world has intrigued Irish press radio, with a number of guest spots on RTÉ Radio 1 throughout 2011.

Wasps Vs Humans debuted as a performance poet at the Cork Mid Summer Festival in 2009 and went on to support Jinx Lennon on a number of dates around Ireland, including a performance in Dublin with Christy Moore.

Originally a playwright, the man behind Wasps vs Humans has written plays for theatre, all produced, including a UK national tour and taking in the Brighton International Arts Festival.

Musically, he released an LP and single with UK based 80s avant garde/experimental band, 4,000,000 Telephones, with a tour in Germany, previously gaining interest from national UK press and making the playlist of Radio 1’s John Peel show.

Wasps vs Humans is a full on one man show, featuring poetry, rhythms, songs and slamming.

A commentary based style observing snap shots of life; political and humorous, his take on the world is delivered with a growl and a smile.
