SAINT Mary’s Secondary School students in Macroom are delighted to have qualified to the national finals of NDC milk it advertising awards.

The second year team dubbed “The M Factor: have qualified out of 485 schools from across the country.

The students in teams of six were challenged to set up their own advertising agency and plan a campaign aimed at encouraging their teenage peers to meet their recommended daily intake of milk, cheese and yogurt group.

The St Mary’s team are of 20 now invited to participate in the national finals in Dublin’s Mansion House on Wednesday, May 9th.
