THE Latest Central Statistics Office figures show that unemployment has dropped for 31 months in a row and that in Cork County, there has been a fall of 23.44% over that period. In Cork the number of people on the Live Register has fallen from 43,941 to 33,641 while nationally the percentage signing on has dropped from 15.2% in 2012 to 10.5% today.
