GARDAÍ investigating the deaths of two men in Kinsale last Sunday (September 9th) have today (Tuesday) made a fourth arrest. The man in his late 20s was arrested this afternoon and is being detained at Bandon Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
THE two men who were arrested yesterday in relation to the suspicious deaths of two 22-year-old men in Kinsale on Friday have been released without charge. Files on the pair who are in their 20s and were arrested in Cork city yesterday will now be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.

A 26-year-old man from Bandon and a 25-year-old woman from Coppeen were arrested by gardaí in Fermoy on Saturday following a violent assault in the town that left a 40-year-old man in a critical condition in hospital. The attack happened in a house in the Rathcarrig area of Fermoy where the victim was found by a relative at 8.30pm on Saturday night.
