Ornua welcomes Carbery Macra members to the home of Irish dairy

MACRA na Feirme, the Irish young farmers and rural youth organisation, and Ornua representatives visited Ornua Deutschland, the home of Irish dairy in Germany recently. Carbery Macra members John O’Driscoll, Padraig O’Driscoll and Eileen Hurley joined Ornua and Macra representatives to visit the Ornua Deutschland manufacturing and packaging plant in Neukirchen-Vluyn.

Kerry Council issues draft by-laws on casual trading in Kenmare

KERRY County Council has issued a new set of draft by-laws on possible locations for casual trading in Kenmare. Two options have been set forth to regulate casual trading in the area of the Town Square and the Town Park where casual trading is currently taking place.
