New Zealand, that stunningly beautiful pair of islands in the Pacific, is just starting to get itself back to normal after a momentous year in 2011. On the dark side, they had the awful earthquakes in Christchurch which caused so much heartache, but on the bright side, they had all the excitement of World Cup Rugby and the limelight that shone on them, especially when the invincible All Blacks won the tournament.  But New Zealand has another reason to be proud, and that is its world-beating wines and wineries.

This coming March 1st, one of New Zealand’s most well known ladies of wine, Barbara Lawson will be in West Cork visiting her many customers.  Lawsons Dry Hills wines have a place in the heart of very many consumers all over Ireland.
