Crops and Colours….two words that summarize 2013 summer trends. Yup, crop tops are easier said than done so switch the shpuds for a salad if you attempt to wear one! Neon colours are hitting shops everywhere, they’re unavoidable. So if you can’t beat them…. Pennys are doing a neon blazer that’s a twin to last year’s Zara 2012 collection!!
THE Kenmare Bay Hotel & Resort held there annual wedding fair and fashion show recently in association with Radio Kerry and Lockdown Model Agency.
As well as having Billy Donnegan and the Radio Kerry crew there on the day, there was also a host of local suppliers lending their expertise and a bridal fashion show, showcasing all the latest trends.

WHEN one of West Cork designer Gill Vahey’s closest friends was diagnosed with cancer nearly two-years-ago and had to face many months of chemotherapy, Gill designed and made her a series of hats to help her cope with any hair loss.
Little did Gill realize it would be the start of a thriving business.
Now Gill’s Snugheads hats are being sold all over the world and production is increasing every month to keep up with the demand.
THE American formation of many words has always been different. The event is described as an evening of style, beauty, fitness and health followed by live music.
The event includes a cheese & wine reception and pre-show nibbles at 7.15pm and will be hosted by style guru Cathy O’Connor (TV3’s Xpose) with special guests top make-up artist Derrick Carberry and fitness expert Karl Henry (Operation Transformation/personal trainer). more »
