THE 2012 Fastnet Maritime and Folk Festival takes place in Ballydehob from June15-17 this year with a huge range of performers already confirmed to take part.
Among those appearing this year will be Jimmy Crowley, Matt Cranitch and Jackie Daly, Baggyrinkle Swansea Shantymen, Trim Rig and a Doxy, Andrew Mackay and Carole Etherton, Rubicon, Henk Voss, After the Storm, the Cork Singers’ Club and many many more.
As well as live performances there will be a number of workshops during the festival including fiddle with Matt Cranitch and button accordion with Jackie Daly.
