THE Durrus Charity Shop will host a coffee morning on Wednesday, August 29th next from midday.
There will be free refreshments and all are welcome to come and have a look around and have a chat.
The shop volunteers will also be launching the new name ‘Muintir Bháire Community
Social Support Group’.
The summer giveaway will also take place and cheques will be presented to a number of good initiatives and local groups.
The recipients will be: Headway €1,000; Pieta House €1,000; Slí Eilé €1,000; Women’s Aid €500; Bantry Inshore Rescue €500; Kilcrohane Development Association Ltd €500 and Durrus Ladies’ Football Club, €500.
