Folláin Traditional Irish Preserves started life in the kitchen of Peadar and Máirín O’Lionáird twenty nine years ago in Cúil Aodha, near Macroom in West Cork.

FIANNA Fáil will host a public meeting on CAP reform in Bantry next week, where farmers will be consulted about their views in advance of crucial negotiations on the policy.
The meeting will take place next Tuesday, January 29th at the Westlodge Hotel in Bantry at 8pm.

IRISH Atlantic Sea Salt has been named as the overall winner of the West Cork Enterprise Board’s Local Company of the Year Award 2012.
The award ceremony which took place on Monday, November 12th in Glengarriff saw husband and wife team Michael and Aileen O’Neill presented with the West Cork Local Company of the Year award for their business success since 2010.
