East Africa Crisis: Your help is urgently needed

Over 24 million people are facing severe malnutrition and the threat of famine across South Sudan, Somalia, Kenya and Ethiopia due to prolonged drought.

The Church’s aid agency Trócaire is currently reaching over 150,000 people across the East Africa region with food, water, sanitation and healthcare.

However, they urgently need more funds in order to continue this work and to reach more people. There will be an emergency collection at Mass throughout Ireland on Saturday 22 July and Sunday 23 July. Please give what you can to help in this crisis.

If you will not be at Mass, you can donate through the website at www.trocaire/donate

On behalf of all those whose lives depend on it, thank you for your generosity.
