The late Cathal Murphy

THE mother of a man who was killed recently in an accident in Canada in October has told C103 about her pain.

Following the sad case yesterday in relation to the Clancy Family in Kilworth County Cork , Patricia Messinger on C103 heard from families who lost loved ones due to car accidents.

Christina Murphy’s son Cathal died alongside Raymond McCann of Kanturk in a tragic road accident in Winnipeg.

Speaking in an emotional interview on C103’s Cork Today Show, Christina said the support of the local Bandon community has been unbelievable.

She was trying to find a locket to hold a picture of Cathal and her late sister but had been finding it difficult.
